AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 311, 25 OF THE OKLAHOMA STATUTES, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT DEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. CO56 WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON NOVEMBER 17, 2009 AT 5:30 P.M. THE PLACE OF THE MEETING WILL BE AT THE TANNEHILL SCHOOL, IN THE SUPERINTENDENT’S OFFICE, MCALESTER, OKLAHOMA.
                1. Call the meeting to order and acknowledge visitors.
                2. Roll call of members.
                3. Approval of previous regular board minutes of OCTOBER 8, 2009.

I, the undersigned Clerk of the Board of Education of the Tannehill School District No. C056 of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, certify that  prior to December 15 of the last calendar year, the date, time, and place of this special meeting was filed in the office of the County Clerk Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. I also certify that at least 24 hours prior to this meeting, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, notice of the date, time, place, and an agenda of this meeting was posted in prominent public view at the location of the meeting.
