Tannehill Public Schools Covid-19 Safety Guidelines and Protocols for Athletic Events
All patrons must have a Mask or face covering and be temperature checked before being allowed to enter the facility. Refusal to wear a mask or covering will prevent admittance into the facility.
All patrons are to exercise social distancing procedures and sit in designated seating areas. Due to this protocol, seating may be limited in certain venues.
Parents/Family of 3rd/4th Grade players are encouraged to leave after your students' games unless you have 5th/6th Grade players as well. Parents/Family of 5th/6th Grade players wait to enter until 5th/6th grade game time unless you have a 3/4th Grade player playing.
Tannehill Public School will inform the visiting school 48 hours prior to a contest regarding seating. Opposing teams will have a set number of seats and tickets will be required to enter.
locker rooms will be limited to only essential staff and players. The district also prohibits congregating outside or around the locker room area.
All Coaches, Players, and essential staff will wear face coverings up until the time they take the floor or playing field.
All gate workers and concession stand staff at Tannehill will wear masks at all times.
